Amazing layers of deep blue

Description

I recognize that sometimes Mother Nature gives minimalist postcards that are difficult to interpret with a camera...

As a photographer, I always look for a landscape full of life and color everywhere, with many or few elements that call attention. However, I have had to "re-learn" my concept of landscape and nature photography and understand that somehow or another, regardless of the place where I am, there is always something special about it, something that has color, light, contrast, and detail.

That deserves to be photographed, even though it breaks the scheme of what you have to look for to photograph because it ends up teaching you that behind an austere and inhospitable place for many, there is a place with much to teach and much to photograph.

This is the case with what you see in the photograph. Would you happen to know what it is? I've just discovered it after asking and asking 🥴

According to historians, what you see is a Hadrah. The Hadrah is a fish trap used in the Middle East since the late 1800s. It operates on the tides' rise and fall. If you want to know a little more, here is a link to it: https://www.researchgate.net/.../Illustration-of-a-...

And well, I hope the photograph has captured the essence of the culture, the minimalism of the place, the magic of the light, and the contrast of its colors transmitting a little of the heat and humidity at that time.
